How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option you choose. Generally, we ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your order and delivery usually takes 4-10 business days. However, in some cases it may take longer if there are shipping or duty delays.

Can I cancel or change my order after I have placed it?

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel or change it at any time by sending us an email or contacting us by phone. However, if your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or change it.

What happens if the ordered product arrives damaged or defective?

If the product you ordered arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will investigate the problem and offer you a return or replacement.

Can I return my order if I am not satisfied with the product?

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with the product. Please contact us to arrange the return. Please note that the product must be in unused and like-new condition to be eligible for a return.
